MOC announces merger with HOC-Vedanta for community-based cancer care & research
The merger has established the largest pool of cancer specialists under one roof in India, with a combined team of 40 medical oncologists & haematologists
M | O | C Cancer Care & Research Center and Hemato Oncology Clinic- Vedanta (HOC) announced their merger on July 8, 2024, marking a significant expansion in access to advanced cancer treatment in Western India. The merger forms M | O | C – HOC-Vedanta reportedly, one of the nation’s largest geographic networks dedicated to cancer care and research.
The merger has established the a combined team of 40 medical oncologists and haematologists. This team is set to serve 22,000+ cancer patients and infuse 60,000+ chemotherapy treatments annually across a network of 22 community cancer care centres located throughout Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat.
The combined entity plans to expand its operations to other parts of India, aiming to provide access to the best-quality cancer care to patients across India.
