To jointly conduct the Learning Health Index (LHI) Research, a first-of-its-kind initiative in India

NSE Academy Limited (NAL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the NSE, and EdCast Asia (EdCast) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly conduct the Learning Health Index (LHI) Research, a first-of-its-kind initiative in India.

The MoU signing between NAL and EdCast is considered significant, as it will provide key insights on the overall health of learning and development in India.

The LHI is based on a framework built on eight primary dimensions of learning that contribute to an organisation’s learning health. The framework includes a self-assessment tool built from an HR and L&D

Practitioner’s point of view, covering key aspects that define a healthy learning organisation.

LHI is a survey-based tool that enables organisations to benchmark themselves with their peers to ascertain their comparative standing in their industry and market. A comprehensive analysis of the relative health across eight dimensions indicate the overall Learning Health of the organisation.
