The EMPE Group recently announced the appointment of Raghavendra Goud as the CEO of EMPE Diagnostics Global, a WHO-recognised company specialised in the precision diagnosis of tuberculosis.
A seasoned business leader with 25 years of experience in the Biotech, Biopharma industry, Raghavendra Goud was leading Cytiva (a former GE Healthcare life-sciences company) for India & South Asia, managing a team of 160 associates with approx. 2000 crore revenue.
On his appointment, he said, “I am delighted to take on the CEO role of a growing group with considerable ambitions on a global scale. Our goal is to consolidate and grow EMPE’s footprint internationally while enhancing its unique innovation and developmental capabilities to continue to build EMPE’s leadership in the space.”
Other than his present role in EMPE Diagnostics Global, he also serves on the board of Advisors/Directors at Xact Diagnotek, ATGC Biotech, GenePoweRx and TranScell Biologics, some of the start-ups in the new age technologies.
