Redcliffe Labs inaugurates diagnostic laboratory in Jharkhand

Redcliffe Labs opened a diagnostic laboratory in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Located at Kasidih New Layout Area, New Baradwari, Sitaramdera Town, Jamshedpur, this facility expands Redcliffe Labs’ footprint in Jharkhand with 2 Advanced Diagnostic Labs and 50+ Collection Centres.

The lab in Jamshedpur is strategically launched to address the growing NCDs in Jharkhand. A recent healthcare study conducted by the Department of Public Health in Jharkhand underscores an alarming trend: 16.3 per cent of the population grapples with diabetes, and over 21 per cent are affected by hypertension.  Redcliffe Labs with its testing capacity, including biochemistry, haematology, immunoassays, clinical pathology, hormones, and serology, and the ability to handle 10,000+ samples over a month, aims to improve the healthcare scenario for the residents of Jamshedpur and the surrounding regions of Golmuri, Sakchi, Agrico, Bistupur, Kadma, Sonari, Telco Colony, Adityapu, Parsnagar, Baridih, Sidhgora, Burmamine, Kandra, Gamharia, and Chhota Govindpur across Jharkhand. 

Redcliffe Labs provides the booking of the test through its digital channels, i.e., app, website, WhatsApp with home sample collection services, or visiting the lab or collection centres. 

The test menu of Redcliffe Labs is created to address the diverse healthcare needs of patients across all age groups with diagnostic testing. The sample collection process is carried out in a single prick precisely by a DMLT-certified phlebotomist. Each sample undergoes precise evaluation, with over 50+ stringent internal and external quality checks to deliver accurate, actionable, and easy-to-understand smart reports.  All the reports are evaluated by the MD pathologist before being shared with the patients. All the possible measures are taken to enhance patient outcomes and support clinicians with faster and more reliable reports.
