ARTIS icono comes with OPTIQ imaging which enables constant image quality regardless of procedure, patient size, or C-arm angulation. It uses a contrast-driven technique based on automatic parametrisation and intelligent, self-adjusting algorithms ensuring the ALARA dose principle.
The angiography system is enabled with 2D and 3D imaging, improving image quality, and reducing the radiation required. With an enhanced movement of the C-arm with sine spin, the cranial base and skull cap can now be depicted with practically no artifacts in a 3D visualisation.
