Hosts world renowned urologists from ‘USC Institute of Urology, USA
Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre (RFH) recently conducted its first International Urology Symposium. The symposium, organised at the RFH convention centre, saw specialists from the field of robotics demonstrating their expertise through live surgical workshops, which was attended by more than 150 urologists from across the country. The specialists were invited from ‘USC Institute to Urology, University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, USA. RFH has a relationship with USC for knowledge sharing.
The conference was chaired by Dr Inderbir S Gill, Chairman & Professor, USC Institute of Urology. He was accompanied by Dr Shlomo Raz, Professor & Director, Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, and Dr Monish Aron, Vice Chairman and Professor, at the USC Institute of Urology. A total of 20 national and international faculty members spoke at the seminar.
The symposium had lectures, video presentations, live robotic surgeries and case presentations.
