Eminent coaches from various sports participates in the discussion on ways to win over injury
SPORTHO, an initiative by SPARSH Hospital, the recently launched sports-specialty hospital in Bengaluru, held a unique meet with coaches from various fields and sports medicine specialists to discuss the importance of aligning sports medicine that can help players win over injury.
The theme for the first discussion was ‘Return to Play.’ Coaches of different sports discussed the requirements of each sport/ player, and the need to ensure sports persons career doesn’t end due to injury. Critical case studies were discussed, highlighting the importance of doctors, coaches and families working together to ensure a long and successful sports career.

It was great to see doctors and coaches from different sports come together to discuss what they require to win over injury without compromising the sportspersons’ careers.”
