Sterling Wockhardt Hospital Vashi with Navi Mumbai Police Department conduct women safety workshop

Around 80 women employees of the hospital participated in the session

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Sterling Wockhardt Hospital Vashi, in collaboration with Navi Mumbai Police Department recently conducted a women safety workshop with ‘I am fearless’ campaign for their women staff in their hospital premises. In the workshop, techniques and movement of self defense in crisis situations were taught. Cases of domestic violence, trafficking and rape were also discussed.

Approximately 80 women employees of the hospital participated in the session. All women including doctors, nurses, and staffs took part in the self defence training session. The women employees were provided training on basic self defense techniques, and moves.
