The New India Assurance Company (NIA) has started Best Care Kiosk manned by an MBBS doctor at Wockhardt Hospital Mumbai Central premises. The responsibility of the Best Care Desk at Wockhardt Hospital has been assigned to a specific TPA, who will be bestowed with the responsibility to run the desk and provide comprehensive assistance to the policyholders as well as the hospital. This healthcare assistance initiative will support hospital and NIA customer through the process of availing cashless hospitalisation starting from their admission until the discharge from the hospital. Best Care Kiosk will promote awareness regarding the benefits of cashless care to all NIA customers seeking admission in the hospital and encouraging the utilisation of cashless facility.
